Returns & Exchanges

• We can only accept returns and consider issuing an exchange in the case that (i) you contacted us within one week of receiving the item, and (ii) the item has not yet been used.

• Please be sure to contact us before returning an item to us.

• In the rare case that you receive the wrong product, an excess of items, or something is missing, we will bear the shipping costs involved to resolve the issue.

• If a return is made at the customer's convenience (changed mind, etc.), the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost for returns and exchanges.

• Refunds will take several business days to process. We are operating in Japan, so maybe delayed by local bank holidays, etc.
